Q: How many computers can I run it on?

One licence runs the app on 2 computers. Need more? Write to us.

Q: What happens after a year?

The licence is for a year. To carry on, you renew it for another year. Write to us as the year draws to a close.

Q: What does the AI cost?

That depends on your provider and on how much you use it. You enter an OpenAI (ChatGPT) or Google Gemini key in the app, and the provider bills you directly. We charge nothing for AI.

Q: What happens when the computer is off?

The bot does not answer. To receive messages and reply to them, the app has to be running on a computer that is on and online. If you need replies at night and at weekends without leaving a computer on, the cloud suits you better.

Q: Can WhatsApp block the number?

Yes, there is a risk, exactly as in the cloud. The connection works like WhatsApp Web rather than through the official business API, which goes against WhatsApp’s terms. The bot waits before each reply and doesn’t answer the same person over and over, and you can set a daily limit. All of this lowers the risk, but can’t remove it.

What is inside

The core of Concierge, on your computer

The screens are the cloud dashboard’s, and they work the same way. A few features are in the cloud only for now, and they are listed below.

WhatsApp and Telegram

WhatsApp connects by scanning a QR code, and Telegram with a bot of your own. Messenger and Instagram are coming soon.

Fixed replies and menus

Answers to the usual questions, opening hours and closed dates, a greeting for new customers and menus a few steps deep. The same answers work on every channel.

AI replies

When there is no fixed reply, the AI replies from what you wrote about the business. It runs on an OpenAI (ChatGPT) or Google Gemini key that you enter in the app.

Every conversation on one screen

Every message from every channel, including why the bot did not answer. Take over a conversation at any moment and reply yourself.

Contacts, calendar and booking

A card for every customer with your own tags and fields, and a calendar the bot books into. Connect Google Calendar so busy times are never offered.

Campaigns and analytics

A message you send to contacts by tag or stage, and an analytics screen showing how many messages came in and how many were answered automatically.

With you

Your data stays on your computer

Conversations, contacts, fixed replies and the WhatsApp session are kept in a database on the computer the app is installed on. We have no copy of them and no way to reach them.

All the app sends us is a licence check: the key, a coded identifier of the computer, the computer’s name and operating system, and the IP address.Messages the AI answers go straight to the provider you chose, on your key, and do not pass through us.To delete everything, uninstall the app or remove its data folder. We have no copy to restore from.

Your own AI key

AI replies run on a key of your own, from OpenAI (ChatGPT) or Google Gemini. Your provider bills you directly for what you use, and our price has no AI in it. You can also work without AI, on fixed replies and menus alone.

The computer has to be on

The bot answers only while the computer is on, online, and the app is running. When the computer is off or asleep, nothing answers. If you need replies around the clock without leaving a computer on, the cloud suits you better.

Where do I download the app?

From the download page on this site, for macOS and Windows. You need a licence key to use it, and we email you the key after payment, with a link to that page.
