What Concierge can do

Answer the usual questions, run a conversation with a menu, book appointments, reply with AI and send updates to customers. All from one screen, on WhatsApp and Telegram.

What happens to every message that comes in
1The message arrives
From WhatsApp or Telegram, linked to the customer who sent it.
2Voice becomes text
A voice note is transcribed, then carries on like any typed message.
3Mid-menu?
If the customer is partway through a menu, they get their next step.
4Fixed replies
If the message matches one of the answers you wrote, that answer goes out.
5No answer?
The AI replies if you switched it on. Otherwise the message waits for you.
Fixed replies

Same question, same answer

Pick words like “price” or “address” and write the reply. You can also greet new customers automatically, and send a different message to anyone writing outside your opening hours.

Several words in one answer, and “price” also catches “prices”.A greeting sent only once, to anyone writing to you for the first time.Add the customer’s name, your opening hours and more to the reply.Type a sample message and see in advance which answer goes out.
Each answer can work on every channel or on just one. Advanced details, like regular expressions and the order answers are checked in, are in the guide.

Menus

A menu that runs a whole conversation

The customer gets a message with a few numbered options, and each choice leads somewhere: another menu, a question, free times for an appointment or a colleague. Every customer moves at their own pace.

Build it all on screen, no code.On Telegram the menu shows as buttons, on WhatsApp as a numbered list.A question in the menu saves the answer to the customer’s card, and later messages can use it.Try the menu yourself before it reaches customers.
Menus come with the Starter plan and up.

The customer picks a time, and it goes into your calendar

The bot offers the customer up to five free times, based on your opening hours, how long the service takes and what is already booked. While they choose, those times are held for them, and the one they pick goes straight into the calendar.

A calendar by month, week or day. Book with a click, move with a drag. For each service, set its length and a break after it, plus how much notice you need and how far ahead people can book.A confirmation when it’s booked, a reminder before and a follow-up after. Nothing is sent during quiet hours.Google Calendar: the bot only sees when you’re busy, not what’s written there. If you like, it also adds the appointments it books.
Booking by the bot comes with Starter and up. The calendar itself is on every plan.

AI replies

A helper for questions without a fixed reply

The AI leaves alone any message that already has an answer. It replies only when there is no fixed reply, from what you wrote about the business, and only when it is sure.

Write about your business: hours, prices, policies. Every AI reply builds on it (up to 4,000 characters). You can also let the AI write the reply to a specific question, following your instructions. If the AI isn’t sure of its answer, by default the customer gets a short note that their message arrived, the conversation goes to your team, and the AI’s draft waits for you.The AI sees the latest messages in the conversation, and replies briefly in the customer’s language.
Off by default. Replies are written by Anthropic’s Claude, with no key of your own, and count toward your plan’s monthly allowance: from 1,000 replies on Starter.

The customer records, Concierge reads and replies

A voice note is turned into text, and Concierge answers it just like a typed message. The Conversations screen shows the text too, so you don’t have to listen to the recording.

On by default, on WhatsApp and Telegram.Very long recordings (over 5 minutes, which you can change) are kept without transcription, so no minutes are wasted.Choose the language people speak to you in, or leave it on automatic.Every plan includes transcription minutes, from 100 a month on Basic.

One message, to everyone who has already talked to you

Send a personal message to contacts who have already written to you on WhatsApp or Telegram, chosen by tag or stage if you like. Before sending, you see how many people will get it and how it will look.

Each message can include the customer’s name and details from their card.Messages go out only on the days and hours you choose, with a pause between them.Anyone who replies STOP is removed at once and gets nothing more.See live how many were sent and how many replied, and pause or cancel at any time.
On WhatsApp a campaign goes out slowly: 6 messages a minute by default, and slower from a new number, because WhatsApp blocks numbers that send a lot of messages. Before the first campaign from a number, we ask you to confirm you understand the risk.

Every customer, with everything your team knows about them

Everyone who writes to you gets a card: details, tags, stage and your team’s notes. From the card you go straight to the conversation, and see what the customer answered in menus.

Your own fields, like an order number or a birthday. The bot can fill them from a question in a menu.Tags and stages to filter, send campaigns and follow deals.Stop automatic messages to one customer, or pause a conversation while a colleague handles it.No limit on how many, on every plan.

A natural pace

The bot replies at a human pace

The bot waits a few seconds before each reply and doesn’t answer the same person over and over. You can also set a daily limit with one switch. All of this is mainly there to protect your WhatsApp number.

A short, varying pause before every automatic reply, as long as you choose.A minimum gap between two automatic replies to the same customer.A daily limit for each number and each bot separately. In groups the bot stays quiet by default. Even when switched on, it replies only when it is tagged or someone replies to its message.A message you send yourself goes out right away, without the limits.
Automating an ordinary WhatsApp account goes against its terms, and a number can be blocked. The limits lower the risk, but don’t remove it.

See what was answered, and why something wasn’t

The Conversations screen shows every message in and out. Next to a message that got no reply, it says why: outside opening hours, no matching answer, the daily limit was reached and so on. So you always know why the bot stayed quiet.

Jump into a conversation and reply yourself, or take it over. The bot stays quiet until you hand it back.Hand-off: your team gets an alert, and the latest messages can also go to a WhatsApp number or a Telegram chat.Numbers: messages in, automatic replies, AI use and campaigns, with a CSV export.
